   • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notarized CA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform or services provided by mobile notaries.

   • This includes, but is not limited to, any damages resulting from incorrect notarizations, delays, or failure to perform services.
